| The focus of the Seahawks Customer Relationship
Department is to provide the highest level of service - in the most courteous
manner - to all of our ticket holders and guests. Our staff is committed
to be available, attentive, responsive, and will strive to maintain the
highest level of customer service in the NFL.
Our customer service staff can assist you with a wide variety of inquiries,
including season ticket accounts services and questions or issues pertaining
to your game-day experience.
On game-day the Seahawks Customer Relationship staff will work closely
with Stadium Operations, Aramark – our concessionaire, Facilities,
Spectator Services, Security, Seahawks Box Office, Seattle Police, and
EMS to ensure that all fans are provided with the most enjoyable stadium
experience possible. |
