Seahawks in NFL Europe Season Ending Update

Seven players will represent the Seahawks in this year’s World Bowl XI, being held June 14 in Scotland’s Hampden Park. Frankfurt’s Joey Evans, Luis Almanzar, Pete Campion, Jon Pendergrass and Wes Pate face the Rhein Fire’s Emmett Johnson and Dane Krager.


DE Joey Evans
DE Joey Evans (Frankfurt Galaxy) Posted a season-high nine tackles (five solo), while adding two sacks and one pass defensed at Berlin. Finished second in the league with 8.0 sacks.

Season totals are 35 tackles (27 solo), 8.0 sacks, one forced fumble, four passes defensed.

WR Emmett Johnson (Rhein Fire) Caught two passes for 42 yards, one of which was a 33-yard score, his first of the season. Finished tenth in the league with 30 catches.

Season totals are 30 catches for 348 yards (11.6 avg.) with a long of 33(t).


RB Tellis Redmon
RB Tellis Redmon (Amsterdam Admirals) Rushed nine times for 39 yards, scoring from 1-yard and 10-yards out, giving him three scores for the year (2 rush, 1 rec.). Also caught three passes for 16 yards, returned two punts for 7 yards and one kickoff 37 yards. Finished ninth in the league with 310 rushing yards.

Season totals are 82 rushes for 310 yards (3.8 avg.) with two scores and a long of 21. Had 22 receptions for 127 yards (5.8 avg.) with a long of 17 and one touchdown. Returned two kickoffs 52 yards and five punts for 16 yards.

DT Luis Almanzar (Frankfurt Galaxy) Posted four tackles (two solo) at Berlin.

Season totals are 20 tackles (17 solo), 3.0 sacks, one forced fumble and two passes defensed.


LB Dane Krager (Rhein Fire) Recorded three tackles (two solo) and two special teams tackles.

Season totals are 10 tackles (eight solo) and six special teams tackles.


G Pete Campion
G Pete Campion (Frankfurt Galaxy) Saw time at guard in Weeks 9 and 10. Did not play due to injury in Weeks 3-8. Started the first two games at right guard.

CB Jon Pendergrass (Frankfurt Galaxy) Did not play (injured).

Season totals are five solo tackles, two passes defensed, one fumble recovery on special teams, one special teams tackle.

QB Wes Pate (Frankfurt Galaxy) Has not played due to injury.
